Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about making a difference? Join El Pinoy Care Services as our Rostering and Recruitment Officer, where you'll play a vital role in supporting aged care and disability clients, as well as our dedicated team of support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Roster Management: Create, update, and maintain schedules for clients and support workers, ensuring efficient allocation and coverage.
Liaison: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Problem-Solving: Address any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with a proactive approach.
Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records for compliance and reporting.
Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients and support workers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration (experience in aged care or disability services is a plus).
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
