Role Overview: This hands-on role provides essential support to the Operations Manager, working closely with aged care consumers, their families, and our dedicated Support Workers. You’ll play a key role in facilitating positive outcomes through tasks such as maintaining essential registers, updating employee and consumer files, coordinating services, and ensuring adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards.

Career Progression: The Administration Officer position offers a clear pathway for career advancement, starting from Senior Administration Officer to Care Manager in Aged Care or Disability Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with aged care consumer assessments and personalised care planning.

  • Coordinate daily service delivery and support integration with external providers.

  • Document and report incidents, manage consumer feedback, and uphold safety.

  • Maintain consumer files, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

  • Support quality assurance initiatives and assist in stakeholder communication.

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, nursing, social sciences or related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage incidents and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Compassionate, consumer-focused approach aligned with our mission.
