We’re looking for dedicated Disability and Aged Care Support Workers to empower our clients and support their independence with the utmost care and empathy.

A Day in the Life:

As a Support Worker, your role will be both diverse and rewarding. You will:

  • For Disability Support:

    • Assist NDIS Participants with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social inclusion.

    • Support participants in community engagement and recreational activities, fostering a sense of purpose and belonging.

    • Implement behaviour support plans and encourage independence, creating positive and empowering experiences.

  • For Aged Care Support:

    • Provide personal care, mobility support, and assistance with meal preparation for elderly clients.

    • Facilitate social and community participation, helping clients maintain meaningful relationships and interests.

    • Monitor health and well-being, ensuring clients’ comfort and dignity in all interactions.

Selection Criteria:

To be considered, it is compulsory for candidates to provide a Cover Letter, Resume, and a detailed response to each selection criterion below:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields (essential).

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

  • National Police Check (essential).

  • Experience in disability or aged care support, with knowledge of relevant frameworks and quality standards.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.

  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a person-centred approach to care.

  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in managing multiple tasks.

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and compliance reporting.
