We’re looking for dedicated Disability and Aged Care Support Workers to empower our clients and support their independence with the utmost care and empathy.
A Day in the Life:
As a Support Worker, your role will be both diverse and rewarding. You will:
For Disability Support:
Assist NDIS Participants with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social inclusion.
Support participants in community engagement and recreational activities, fostering a sense of purpose and belonging.
Implement behaviour support plans and encourage independence, creating positive and empowering experiences.
For Aged Care Support:
Provide personal care, mobility support, and assistance with meal preparation for elderly clients.
Facilitate social and community participation, helping clients maintain meaningful relationships and interests.
Monitor health and well-being, ensuring clients’ comfort and dignity in all interactions.

Selection Criteria:
To be considered, it is compulsory for candidates to provide a Cover Letter, Resume, and a detailed response to each selection criterion below:
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields (essential).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
National Police Check (essential).
Experience in disability or aged care support, with knowledge of relevant frameworks and quality standards.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a person-centred approach to care.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in managing multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills for documentation and compliance reporting.
